So much yes
I do fasting and get bad hunger pains. I took a little bit before heading to work which starts when my fasting starts and ive been feeling full since. This is wonderful stuff lol I also took only a quarter of one pill because I wanted to see how my body would react. Highly recommend, also no side affects.

Gave 4 stars because I have nothing bad or good to say yet. I've been taking them 2 weeks and don't notice any difference yet. I'm thinking of upping the dosage. I'm giving it a month before deciding if it is worth continued use.**Update 4 weeks later*I took w per day as recommended. I noticed no difference in appetite or how my body felt at all. I would not recommend or purchase again. Changed to 1 start for this reason
