Never wrote a review on Amazon before but I’m so impressed with these little patches. I initially bought these for my 11 year old son who has struggled for years with stuffy nose. It gently encouraged his mouth to close at night / this did not occur straight away. It took just over a week of use for him to sleep with his mouth fully closed. He was actually asking for his mouth taped. I could really notice how much more alert he was and generally more willing to do stuff. I thought I’d give it a go too and I am not a snorer and don’t consider myself to have any issues as such. I can’t believe the difference it has made to my restorative sleep and resting heart rate metrics almost immediately. HRV is up. I feel so much more rested. I would consider myself to be an healthy individual and have worn a fitness tracker for years. I have never been able to achieve some of the metrics that have occurred overnight from taping my tape. I am amazed! Husband is now trying them.

I had large ones both normal and sensitive, they were for an adult but they were too big and not comfortable, so this time I went for medium size. Somehow feels thinner ( maybe I am imagining it 😆) than large ones. They are actually perfect for me. They are not too sticky to peel off, doesn't leave glue on my face! So pleased to purchase medium size.

So, positives, the tape is strong and stays in place, even if you scratch it while sleeping by mistake. Negatives, It leaves so sticky residue which takes a little time to remove, but no the end of the world. As the video and description it does NOT WORK for night puffing, HOWEVER, if you turn it around 90 degrees, place one end under your nose, stretch the tape to under your chin, and it works..

This sticks to your face and is the best mouth tape I have used - BUT designed for beards? Definitely not. The pain of taking it off every morning and ripping beard hairs out is unbearable. Stuck with it for a week and then checked myself on what on earth I was actually doing.

… but are expensive. I changed to using micropore tape. It is a much cheaper and just as effective option.

As it was my 1st time using such a breathing aid I decided to start with Myotape rather than a cheaper brand. Some of the reviews were mixed, referring to blue ones arriving and them being hard to remove. The ordering placing was a little confusing and I wasn't sure which colour or size to expect! I recieved the flesh coloured ones and in a size that works for me and I have found it easy to use and remove without leaving any sticky around my mouth. It certainly helps me breathe through my nose while I sleep and after about 10 days of using Myotape I think the quality of my sleedpis improving. Next time tho I might be tempted to give one of the cheaper brands a try, purely because of the cost differential!

Sticks really well as long as I remember to wash my mouth area before applying. My wife tells me that I have been snoring less and I don't wake up with a partially blocked nose anymore.

Upon opening the packet, all of the stickers were the same. Part of getting my daughter to agree to wear these involves letting her choose the design for the night. I’m also finding that these ones either don’t stick very well (some just come straight off), or some stick so hard that my child is left with a red rash around her face and bits of tape still stuck on her next morning. It’s a shame as the idea is great but for £25 they need to get the formulation right.
