I was submit a return request but no one came to pick up
Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.

Good from price and poor body case
Machine is good but the body is very poor quality. To say anything about speed I feel to early. Currently it is new and in early days everything performance is good

This computer is exactly what I needed for my needs. Large FULL HD screen that looks good for videos 512 GB SSD memory is very fast!!! Its weight is really comfortable, fits right into the bag and is not noticeable A powerful processor is very easy to use Its performance is excellent, works with it all day and manages to withstand what I use Lenovo is a good choice, I recommend

works as expected. However, had to hire a "windows expert" to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates
