Q: What do you do after the 21 days of use is over? Do you give your skin a break? If so then how long? And do you ever restart the 21 day cycle?

It says to use it twice a week for maintenance after the 21 days is over. I'm sure you can begin another 21 day cycle whenever you please...I think maybe once each season would be a good schedule for most skin types. It would probably be most effective if you took a little break of perhaps 1-2 weeks before beginning another full cycle.

I don’t know if you need to...but I do. I have noticed such an improvement in my skin since starting to use it a year and a half ago.

Sleep it off is in a cream. I have used it for years and never has it been liquid.
