Cheap material
Threads on winding pin broke within one use. Cheap material not worth using.

Not a precision tool
Made of soft non hardened metal.All cycle chains of any quality are made of hardened metal that is designed to last ,perform, and produced to withstand a fair amount of hard use.The tool is not strong or hard enough is starting to faili ( thread wearing/ stripping ) after removing 2 pins on a new kmc chain Futher to aligning carefully as to perform the simple task for which it was designed, I have removed dozens of chains previously with tools costing a similar amount and never encountered any problems previously.

Broke upon first use. Do not buy
I know how to use these and have done for a while. This one broke upon its first use, genuinely failed to remove a single link, enormously frustrating… Buy cheap buy twice. For the money I recommend the Topeak one which really isn’t much more expensive, so far a great product and from a brand I trust. Do not buy the one listed here.

Poor quality.
Would have preferred zero stars. It's cheap tacky and woefully poor quality. The threads failed almost immediately. Not recommended.
