Only issue I had was holding the printhead in the clip to maintain a seal while pulling on the syringe. So I ended up using a zip tie to hole the printhead in place and using one hand to hold the syringe body and one hand to pull up on the plunger. Primed all 4 heads in about 10 minutes. Do the work over something you don't care about. I layered up some old towels and had a bunch of rags ready, it is a little messy but not too bad. You will get ink on your hands, recommend using latex gloves.

Pictured with the kit was a needle for filling but was not part of the received kit. Edit: the needle was in the syringe, between the plunger and the body. The unit worked great and my print head is now working again.

This works great for priming empty printheads. Has helped me save several heads. It’s messy though: use a tray to catch spilled ink, and wear gloves!
