I was nervous to try this thinking it would be a waste of money but my black heads have gotten to be out of control and nothing else was working. The amount removed on my first try was astonishing. Not to mention how smooth and great my skin was left feeling after. I highly recommend!

The instructions for using this thing are not very robust so it takes time to learn. If your face isn’t moist enough when you use the suction, you won’t be able to move it across your skin quite like you’re supposed to and it will cause bruising. Use with caution to avoid giving yourself hickies all over your face. Also, this arrived dirty/dusty on the handle, though the attachments seemed to be clean. There are no instructions for proper cleaning of the exfoliator or the suction heads. I used a cotton swab and my cleanser to clean the residue out of it. But I wonder if/how I should be cleaning the sponge inside the suction part. Seems to be a good product but takes some figuring out.

I got this specifically for the blackhead remover. I have some extremely deep set blackheads on my chin and I thought this would help to remove them. Unfortunately, it is a gimmick and doesn’t really do much but tug a bit on your skin. I tried this on numerous areas of my face but no matter how long I held it there for (10 minutes was the longest), it didn’t seem to help loosen any of my blackheads or pores. The scrubber side is vibration only, so there really isn’t much that it’s doing for your face. If you want something that will deep clean your face, you need something with rotary brushes. I have a Michael Todd facial brush that I purchased a few years ago that really does help to get the dirt and grime off of my face but this one, not so much. You would really need to scrub your face with some decent force to get it adequately clean. The Michael Todd brushes are quite pricey so this can be a cheaper alternative, I guess. It also didn’t come with any directions so I may be using it incorrectly, but I truly don’t believe that it’s user error. On a side note, I had a good chuckle at the packaging. On the back of the box, it says, and I’m not kidding you, “effective against acne black horny grease”. Either someone really got the translation wrong or there’s something no one ever told me…

I love the fact that it's water proof. I have no concerns using it in the shower at all. The charger just magnets right on. With the multiple suction and vibration levels I can really dial in my level of clean.

Loved this for the 2 months it worked. The vacuum part came off within a month. Stopped working all together at about 2 months :-(.

wow I'm amazed with this lil gadget, works very well, I like how good the blackhead remover vacuum works, it really sucks out the blackheads from the nose, just let it fully charge before putting it to use.

This blackhead remover is a total game-changer! I'm obsessed. You actually see the gunk being removed - so satisfying! The scrubber side is a bonus. If you're serious about skincare, this is a must-have.

This is a decent face cleansing device. The brush exfoliates without irritating sensitive skin. It’s very comfortable to use, I did not experience any irritation and my skin is very sensitive. It’s easy to use, and the lcd screen is straight forward and simple to read. I did not use the suction, due to my sensitive skin, but I am pleased with the cleansing aspect.
