I’ve been suffering with reoccurring bacterial vaginosis since I was young - I’m in my 30s now so it’s been a long damn time LOL. I’ve tried literally everythinggggg, until now…. I decided to run my own test just to ensure that this actually worked. Sleeping with my underwear on is a sure fire way for my bv to come back so I did this for two consecutive nights in a row over Xmas. It came back so then I took these tablets and in a couple of days the fish smell had gone!!! I’m genuinely shocked that these actually work, so now I take it every single day with food, sometimes (on the very odd occasion) I take 3 capsules a day and my vag smells freshhhh! I would like to add that these tablets give me exceptionally bad abdominal pain; it was so bad, I couldn’t stand up straight and felt like my stomach was about to explode. The pain was veryyyyy excruciating, but I noticed that the listing stated that you could also consume these by opening the capsule and pouring the powder directly onto food, so that’s what I do now. I still get stomach pain, but nowhere near as severe as when I swallow the capsules whole and the fact that these are the only probiotics I’ve purchased that actually work, I’m willing to put up with the slight abdominal pain so I only take 1 at a time with food Everyone’s body is different so these obviously won’t work for everyone. Alongside these tablets I also use Boric Acid Suppositories which is another natural product that 100% works. If you’re not familiar with the suppositories then I would highly highly highly recommend that you look into it because they are genuinely fantastic with minimal side effects, but I’m thrilled that I have finally found a probiotic that actually works because I prefer having something that I can take orally that works from the inside out without removing all the good and bad bacteria (which is what antibiotics do) Edit 24th Sept: I'm still taking these tablets and they are still fantastic and keeping my long term BV away! I feel like my stomach is adjusting better to them because now I can consume them whole without having to open the capsule and spread it out onto my food, but in the summer I still had a small smell below (just really small but I get super paranoid lol) so I took two in one go after a meal rather than taking one over two meals and this is working absolutely perfectly!! Edit 12th June 2023: Its been 18 months since my first review, wowzers haha! Im still taking these but now I take 2 with breakfast and my stomachs definitely adjusted to it as I can take it whole with no abdominal pain whatsoever! There was a period where I changed to another probiotic which made my vag too sensitive so I had to go back to these and yes I can confirm that 18 months later they are still working!!!!!! I now also decant the tablets into another pot (look up 'Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 10 billion bacteria) because the pot the Lamberts Acidophilus comes in has a desiccant lining in every pot and I store this in the fridge at all times Nov 2025: Wow its so lovely reading my review from 3 years ago!!!! I STILL TAKE THESE AND THEY ARE STILL THE BEES KNEES!!! NO OTHER PRODUCT LIVES UP TO THESE!!! Everytime I buy a new bottle I have to open the capsule and spread it out over food, then I slowly adjust to taking it whole because my stomach has side effects from the first couple from taking it freshhhh e.g. bloating, bad stomach cramps - basically everything you would experience being on that time of the month without any menstrual, LOL. So I’ve been taking these for 6-7 months now. And when I couldn’t get hold of them for a spell I had to buy another type so have a good comparison. I bought them for water infections. Sounds odd but they are fantastic. I have had years of water infections, kidney infections, blood in water, repeated scans, too many antibiotics and nothing controlled it, it was 3-4 times a year and moving to monthly at its worst, and nothing could be determined as a cause. I heard about probiotics and gave them a try. I haven’t had another infection since AUG! No antibiotics taken, no GP trips, a healthy body. The time I used the other brand was also effective but I could feel an infection starting at times and doubled up in intake and fluid. This brand very effective from the start. It also helps with my IBS very well, if I had forgot to take the supplement I would feel IBS starting and that would remind me if forgotten. Very good product. Obviously I spent years with GPs not knowing what to do and this was last resort, please ensure you still visit the GP folks in case there are underlying issues x

I have only started taking this probiotic but I can feel a change in me already The person who came up with this probiotic is an expert in women's health. All yeast symptoms disappeared in three days

Been diagnosed with BV and IBS. I've also developed chronic eczema over the last 2 years triggered by stress, BV, hormonal imbalances, allergies to pollen and dust/feather mites. Eczema is supposedly linked to IBS too so I thought I'd give this a go. BV : Didn't prevent BV from recurring My BV symptoms seem to be triggered by my period starting 10 days after the end of the cycle. This happens like clock work. I took these a day before my period started, but I still got BV at exactly the same time last month. I consequently took the gel treatment and that stopped it after 4 tubes. I'll be taking the gel treatment straight after my period to see if I can prevent it completely. IBS : Unsure, can't really tell much difference I have constipation type IBS: multiple stomach pains, rather embarrassing airy noises, wind, irregular and difficult hard stools. This developed over the years by stress, lack of exercise, not eating enough fruit & veg etc. As soon as I got the diagnosis from the GP I made a few life style changes aswell as ordered this probiotic. I think the changes I've made have impacted more than the actual probiotic. Eating more non-bloating fibre, fruits vegs and some light exercises, more walking etc has made a difference to the pains and some difference to the stool. But, I seem to have gotten a bit more airy, don't know if this is the probiotic or the foods I've been eating, or a combination of both? Had I not made these changes I don't think this probiotic would have made that much difference by itself. And even with these changes I still have many of the IBS symptoms, especially concerning is still being irregular. I could use constipation relief meds but that's not long term and I really want to live more healthy. This is a work in progress, and retraining my whole system will probably take some time. I haven't had the great results like other reviewers, so I may try some other combo probiotic aswell as keep up the life style changes. Eczema: Lessened the severity of my eczema This was unexpected, as soon as I take a tablet in the morning my skin becomes less rough and flakey immediately, on a good day it's almost normal! I haven't had skin like this for years. This doesn't last though, towards the end of the day I can feel it reverting back. As soon as I take a second tablet, the same happens. I wonder if there's been any research done on the digestive system and it's connection to eczema? This isn't a cure, and I still got BV triggered eczema, but if I stop the BV will I stop the eczema? ... Hopefully this will help someone whose also suffering, keeping positive!
