I've never taken any of these supplements before, much less this many at once! I am new to the whole mushroom thing, and to most of the other ingredients as well. I tried them individually on separate days so I could see if any one of them had any type of negative side effects, but I did not experience anything notable. In fact, I didn't notice much of an effect at all. Maybe they need to be taken many days in a row to build up each supplement before you really notice it. I will add to this review when I have had more time to see if there is more of an effect long-term.

Initially, I liked this product. Definitely noticed a difference once I began taking it for a while. Then I began to develop some sort of rash/eczema on my eyelids and jawline. Once I stopped taking these supplements, it began to fade. Definitely do your research before taking these.
