The oval flange on the standard 90° flange is out there. It fits my breast better and it cups so I don’t feel like I am getting pinched by the plastic. It’s super easy to clean. You can just throw it in the microwave sterilizer bag and let it go in the microwave. Just make sure that if you’re getting the size that it’s the correct size for you. It’s much more comfortable to pump with these than the silicone inserts that go in the 24 mm flanges, especially if you have a good pumping spray.

This flange works AMAZING! The original plain plastic flanges that come with the Medela pump caused discomfort with my tissue type. Purchasing this flange made pumping so much easier and comfortable!! My output increased and took much less time to collect. As an exclusive pumping mom, be sure to invest in your tools. I'm going to buy another set to have on hand!

I have been a "pumper" more than I'd like to admit with my 3 kids. But I've always used the standard flanges shape and it worked just fine, but I still had some discomfort and struggled to empty my slacker right side. But now, having tried these oval flanges on a whim, I can't go back to the other ones. These fit my shape much better and actually help to empty my slacker side better! Which means less hand expressions after I'm done with a session. Recommending these to anyone who needs some motivation to keep going. Because I was considering being done sooner than I'd like to admit.

The sizing was spot on. They are pretty comfortable but if you are larger chested you have to push or mold the end to yourself especially if you using these with a manual pump. Overall they work great.

Product is ok. I actually didn’t like the soft ring because it doesn’t allow for a complete seal. So, then the suction is weak. I ended up removing the soft white silicone.

Not sure why exactly but my output has increased a good amount each pump with these. I was using the Medela style flanges with the rubber edges before, the angle that cups the breast is very wide in my exact sizes. I wanted to try these as they my exact sizes too and had classic flanges without the rubber edges. They are really comfortable and their angle isn’t as wide as Medela’s, so not sure if that’s how they’re increasing my output but they are. I highly recommend.

Works great and pumping no longer hurts

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.
