Q: What are the ingredients?

The ingredients can be found on the Bodyshop website. I had to look there as they’re not listed on the jars. I wanted to make sure they had not changed as I’ve used this cream daily for years since it got rid of small patches of eczema on my face and keeps it at bay.

Q: I bought this the other day and was concerned to find there was no seal. Did anyone else have this? Is this normal?

As far as I’m aware they haven’t had a seal for quite sometime, that’s partly why I feel better buying this product in the internet when it hasn’t been sitting on a shop floor shelf and could be tampered with. I brought two pots and both were sealed in a individual bag. I’m happy with that .
