I’ve given this 4 stars as instructions were all in Chinese. Fortunately the tape had been threaded through and I tried it out and managed to staple some tape effectively. My troubles started when unbeknown to me I’d got the staples jammed. I took staples out and then wasn’t sure what way they should go in. I went onto You a Tube but no answers to the way the staples went in. I spent a good hour trying to fathom out why it wouldn’t staple. It finally dawned on me that I’d got several staples jammed. I released these but still the gadget wouldn’t pick up the tape. After a frustrating time I finally worked it out and it works great. The secret is, holding gadget correct way, the staples go in upside down, and to get the tape to be picked up you very gently press down listening for one click and the tape should be grasped ready for you to adjust amount of tape to be used round plant and cane and then press down firmly and staple will clip the tape together and also cut off the tape from machine ready for next repeat of tape to be grasped and stapled. Good little gadget for the price and very labour saving once you’ve mastered the art of it!

The instructions with this tool are total rubbish. The pictures/diagrams are much too small and not at all clear, and I suspect the written text has been translated to English from another language, and is not easy to understand. However, once we learnt how to use it, reload it, etc., (instructed by another gardener who has one, who in turn had to be shown how to use it) it is a brilliant time-saver. But when it is not working properly, it is very frustrating. If the paperwork was improved, meaning it was obvious how to use it, I would give it full marks.

The machine is ok but all the tape is bright red it’ll stand out like a sore thumb on my plants! I’ve had to order some green tape separately so it’s costing me a lot more hence the 3 stars. 😖

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this tapper to use in my espalier Apple trees. It came with red tap which I don’t use as I bought some green tap that is less catching to the eye.

Ok, it’s not a tapner machine but it’s half the price. Having used these machines a lot I can say with confidence for the money it’s great. Does exactly what I Need it for

Theres nothing I don't like about this tool it makes securing my tomatoes and cucumber plants to their stakes a hole lot easier and faster

Brill great tying machine plus enough tape and staples included had max tapener in past this is just has good at half the price
