Tastes great!!
I have tried another brands electrolytes recently and although I didn’t dislike them, these are so much better! Better taste and after taste and doesn’t make the water feel thick. They also arrived really quick which is great! Already loving this product! I ordered the cherry and also the mango flavour which I’m excited to try! It has worked great to hydrate me after my run!

Not bad
This dissolved well in water with no grittiness. The taste is pretty decent, only a hint of salt but the cherry does taste rather prominent.Overall, they are decent, but a bit pricey per serving cost.

I dislike the cherry flavour
I’ve tried the Recuperol Rehydration & Recovery Electrolytes Powder Supplement Cherry flavour after an one-hour walk carrying a heavy backpack returning from a camping weekend. It’s difficult to assess the effects of the product on my body. I drank it at the end of my exercise and I didn’t feel anything special. I think that it’s very handy to carry around one of these individual sachets and add to your bottle of water to prepare this special supplement for dehydration. The preparation process is easy and quick. I added one sachet in one 500ml bottle of water. The instructions suggest to add the product to 200ml-500ml of water. The colour of the water turned into a kind of light red. I imagine that if you add to a smaller amount of water, the product could get a darker tone of red. I didn’t like the taste. I found a bit unpleasant the cherry flavour. It’s not sweet at all, maybe a salty touch at some point. The cherry flavour is not prevalent. It’s very sutile. I guess that I’ve got used to the particular strong flavours of the made dehydration drinks. This product is not for me and I cannot recommend it.

Work well after illness
I love anything cherry so was happy to find these. The sachets are convenient and handy to use at any time. The powder dissolved easily and well, with hardly any residue. They work out at £1 a sachet, which may seem a bit pricey, but these are specifically for rehydration and recovery when needed.I took these after illness, when I was particularly weak, tired and run down. And they definitely helped me get back on track.

Made with sweetner
I have had sachet powder energy booster drinks like this before. I would say this is the third or fourth brand I have tried. If you are unfamiliar these are like any other really, they arrive in a small cardboard box and inside there are six sachets in this particular instance. The sachets are paper-like that you rip the top off and pour the powder into your glass. Add water and stir and you are good to go.Everything is very simple and one thing I will say for this product is that the powder dissolved well into the water. There was minimal residue left at the bottom of the glass when I was done, although to be fair I did use a stirrer. When I first opened the sachet and poured the powder I did notice it was a light pink colour. However when I added water the drink was red; more in line with what you would expect from Cherry flavour. I am not the biggest fan of Cherry-flavoured things but this I found to be a milder cherry-flavour and as such it suited me and I enjoyed the drink as I had it.The drink was pleasant enough but looking at the box I see it is made with Sweeteners. I am not a health nut by any means, but this disappoints me because I do not know how much to trust the product. I do not mean anything strange is at play, what I mean is if drink this and feel good or "up" is it because the product has worked and restored electrolytes or am I merely experiencing a sugar rush/high?I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars here but I will go with 4 because the drink is simple enough, mixes well and goes down nice and easily. I doubt I would buy it agin though personally because of the sweeteners and Cherry not being my ideal flavour choice. Four stars but not a high four star review, more like a 4.25 perhaps.
