I tried this mainly because I wanted a high-protein, low carb breakfast that was easy to make. It definitely checks those boxes, but I’ll be honest, the flavor isn’t amazing on its own. That said, it’s still totally fine and very edible. The pancakes come out soft and filling, and I really like that it has 30 g of protein and keeps me full for hours. I usually add a little butter, syrup, or fruit, and that makes a big difference. Once you dress it up a bit, it’s actually pretty good. What I do like a lot is how easy it is, just add water and cook. It doesn’t have that super chalky protein taste some mixes have. I’ve also made waffles with it, and those turned out decent too. Overall, I wouldn’t buy this just for the taste, but for the nutrition and convenience, it’s worth it. I’ll keep using it as a healthy breakfast option.

Lots of protein in a pancake! Most I’ve seen. And tastes good too! Easy to make and only uses water which is a plus!! Super easy to make a few or many!!

Amazing macros and great taste. They're expensive, but worth it. I add a bit more water than the package dictates, and a small splash of vanilla extract *chefs kiss* - I also use more than one serving per waffle, because I prefer a thick waffle to a thin one.

I’ll be completely honest, this one wasn’t for me. The pancakes came out looking great and fluffy, but the taste was just straight vanilla protein powder. Even with butter and maple syrup, the flavor still felt artificial and off for a pancake. I made them with milk instead of water (which usually works fine for pancakes), but I don’t think that was the issue. The smell alone is very “protein shake,” and once you taste it, your brain knows something’s wrong. It feels like protein powder mixed with baking soda and labeled as pancake mix. If you’re extremely focused on macros and don’t care about taste, maybe this works. But if you want something that actually tastes like pancakes, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Picture shows eight 50-gram servings, 180 calories, 30 grams of protein, but the package is received is seven 56-gram servings, 210 calories, and 30 grams of protein. Not a huge deal, but misleading to the buyer. Otherwise, they were very quick and easy to prepare and tasted pretty good. They are a little sweet and a little dry, slight "fake sugar" taste but no complaints about that. that I added Greek yogurt, syrup and berries.
