I've utilized this product 6 times now as I've replaced my kids phones. Each has been applied to the 16 pros. They fit perfectly. They seem to be good quality, only one started to peel at the edges due to the case, the other cases must have been more compatible? These are by far the easiest screen protectors I have ever installed. The most important part is making sure the actual screen is clean and free from every spec of dust. As long as you clean the screen well, they end up with a smooth look and free of bubbles.

They responded in less than a day and asked for pictures of the problem. After a quick review, they offered me either a replacement or a refund, and after seeing so many great reviews, I thought maybe I just got a defective pack. Well, I got my replacements the next day! I reread the instructions, cleaned my screen, and installed the protector. After removing the top layer and removing bubbles, it finally fit!The product itself is nice! It’s got a smooth feel, resists fingerprints (one of my biggest pet peeves), is crystal clear, and is made of tempered glass. The installation is effortless; I was just the unlucky recipient of a defective unit.
