Bike arrived after about 5days. Packed very well and no shipping damage at all. Assembled the bike in about 1 hour. Had a front tire tube that had a hole init. Contacted to company, they responded within 2 hours. Sent some pic to confirm problem. They resolved by sending out a new tube, great customer service!!!!! Been riding the bike with no problem all functions are easy to use and rides very smoothly. Battery life great, size is perfect for either of us just by raising the seat with the simple thumb lock. Going to order another so we both have one.

Came well packed. Good manual with additional online video on how to put together. Easy operation. All in all..Great E-bike and it looks good.

The bike is very sharp looking and seems to be good quality. Pretty easy to put together when you watch the video. I like all of the additional items that came with it, like the bike rack, which is very sturdy, the headlight and tail light, and the display which tells you your speed and battery life.

Was skeptical with the few reviews available, but took a chance and am so glad I did. My Dad also bought one. We communicated with customer service beforehand and after with great communication. Bike was very well wrapped in shipping and arrived sooner than expected. Bike is peppy and easy to ride. We LOVE them. Great looking mountain bike. I have about 30 miles on my bike and still have yet to charge it out of the box. Highly recommend.

The battery charger worked twice and has now failed. I have contacted customer service. No response about sending me a new charger not happy at all.

This e-bike is EVERYTHING and MORE than my wife and I expected!! The bike was easy to assemble - with the booklet and video provided. The bike is smooth, easy to manage and tons of fun to ride. The best bike ride experience my wife has had in a very long time!! She gets A LOT of compliments about the bike too!! We are extremely happy about this purchase and especially in the quality of the product and experience and memories we look forward to having!!

Beware ! I bought this e-bike in January 2025. It's a great looking bike but I noticed that the manual did not match the inputs for the settings. After contacting the seller, they emailed me the correct manual. I love riding the bike. The website pictures a person on the phone in customer service. They do not have a phone number for service !!! Everything is by chat with the seller. Would you say this is misleading ? Also, the description of the bike mentions " cruise control". You guessed it, this bike does not have cruise control. When I returned from a ride a week ago I heard a tinkling noise near the rear wheel and found a spoke had broken. Yep, the cheap price is now coming home to roost! After a few chats I was told the spokes were on the way. You guessed it... They won't be here for another week. Where are they coming from? Can you guess? Am I frustrated, yep. Did Amazon make it right? Yes !!! They were more than prepared to keep this customer happy. Thank you ! I'll wait for the spokes since the local bike shop was unable to find them for me.

Battery under preforms and ordering an additional battery is not an option. Reach out to try and buy another battery for backup and was told they were not available. Bike is good otherwise.
