The grip is good.
It was time to replace my cheap knife with NSF handle. This was on sale for $23.The handle has adequate non-slip properties, but I only tested without gloves in soapy water.The packaging definitely protects the product but feels excessive.It is sharp out of the box.They didn't specify the stainless steel grade but it is seems better than your average budget steel.

Good quality
This knife is great and affordable. Easy to cut veggie, fruit, and meat. I never tried to test it on bones though, doesn't seem like a good idea. Size is nice too. Overall I would recommend!

Terrific knife - looks high quality and cuts well
This is simply a great knife. In my opinion, it is worth much more than the price they are asking. Good knives are expensive, and this is a good knife. But I am not complaining about the especially reasonable price!The handle is nice and solid and the whole knife is durable and speaks quality.Highly recommended.

Affordable and great quality
I cook 6 days a week and mince a TON of garlic. But I also cut almost see through slices so they about dissolve when I am sautéing shrimp or chicken. Cutting through veggies, poultry and pretty much anything your throw at it is like a hot knife through butter. I immediately wash, dry and store after each use. I have a nice leather strop that I use once a week just to keep that fine edge and avoid taking it to whet stones as I only have a 15 degree guide.

All-around good knife
This knife has a nice weight to it and it's really sharp. Slicing tomatoes, the knife just cut right through on its own basically, without any force, just gravity pulling it right through. And it looks nice hanging on my wall on my magnetic knife bar, too.
