These bulbs are rubbish, both blew within a day of using.. don’t waste your money on them. I’ve gone back to my trusted Arcadia bulbs. I’ll try anything once but these bulbs are the worst bulbs I’ve ever bought, even the cheap £5.00 ones at jollyes pet store are better than these. So disappointed and annoyed as one shattered and glass flew everywhere 😡

A much smaller bulb than expected and isn’t long enough to shine through the need of the shade it’s meant to go in meaning it’s a very narrow beam down onto the enclosure

We have some chicks that are due to hatch in the next couple of days and I decided to get this heat lamp. Our other bulb is very large and I wanted something smaller for the few chicks that we are expecting and this one is perfect.It is a 250w bulb with a screw-in fitting that fits our lamp and heats the area we want perfectly. It has been on for a couple of days to warm the area up and I am very happy with this. I would recommend it.

Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, but they blow after just a short time (a few months, or even weeks)
