I just had Umbilical Hernia Surgery December 19th and doctor recommend me to buy it. This belt helps me a lot during my recovery and I am still using it. Especially when I am sneezing, coughing or laughing the pain is way better while wearing this. It’s comfortable, easy to use, size fit as I order S-M and is prefect size for me. I only wear it during the day and remove it softly during my bedtime night as per doctor instructions. I recommend anyone going through Hernia surgery have this ready.

I had umbilical hernia surgery, this was a must, works very good for post surgery support, only complaint is the material could be softer, I put a soft gauze pad over incision site before using, material can be a little itchy and poke, will also leave marks on stomach from being so stiff

First off, I am giving it 4 stars because it is so wide and gets in the way of my belt. I really do like it. It is comfortable on my small belly button hernia and stays put. It is easy to use, sturdy materials, and gives me the support I need. It has great elasticity. It compresses how much you need by easily adjusting how tight it is. I didn't like sleeping in it, as it made my ribs sore. That may just be me though. I do recommend this hernia belt. If you wear a belt for your pants, this may be too wide. It is nice when I am lounging around the house in my comfy clothes. I also wear it over my shirt for more comfort.
