Works as it Should
Bought it to sublimate onto Hane’s cotton shirts and it works pretty good! I did notice the images fade after a couple washes but that could also be an ink issue, I’m not really blaming the spray. Overall easy to use and came fast, sprays pretty even too and you don’t need a lot. Awesome to have in the craft room.

Use it to help with lower polyester content shirts. Won't turn cotton into a sublimation fabric.
Review for Sublimation Spray for Cotton Shirts, 120ML Sublimation Coating Spray for All Fabric, T-Shirts, Canvas, Polyester Fabric, Waterproof Quick Drying, Super Adhesion, High Gloss.I have another sublimation spray that works much better than this one, so I won't be swapping brands. This spray isn't going to magically make a cotton shirt take sublimation ink. The ink will still fade and wash out on these shirts. (You have to sublimate on polyester fabrics for the ink to infuse the fabric.)This spray can spot and burn if not applied evenly. Use this spray in a ventilated area. Do wear latex or rubber gloves when spraying a garment. If the fabric has too low of a cotton content, then the sublimation will fade with washing.I would use this to bump up borderline polyester content shirts. I would not use this product on all cotton shirts, as the result will not be satisfactory.

great for sublimation
After dabbling in sublimated tumblers, I decided to give shirts a try. I was reading up that the sprays are great to really get the color to pop. Bought this and used with the orders that I had to fulfill and I will say that it definitely helps make the colors POP. Even after washing, the colors are still super vibrant.

Magical
This has been a life saver for me as I see shirts on sale and purchase with little regard to the percentage of polyester. Spray and let dry, and get the same results as if it was 100% polyester. I spray a larger area than needed and once it is washed after sublimation there is no film or anything

Doesn’t work
Followed the instructions and my project still did not transfer over. Complete waste of money

Sublimation spray
Works well. No yellowing if you let the product dry before pressing

Doesn't work well, unless I'm doing it wrong.
I don't know if I'm using this wrong or if it just doesn't work. This is the second brand of sublimation spray I've tried and the same issues happened with both. I sprayed the shirt, let it dry, and when I sublimated, the design either didn't transfer fully or the shirt burned where I sprayed. The burning happened when I tried to increase the time to make sure the design transferred properly. When I sublimated for less time to keep it from burning, the design didn't transfer properly.

Great spray
I have a small business and use a variety of different shirts so this helps not have to worry about my prints sticking. They always print amazing no matter the material once this is sprayed.

sublimation spray
I do a fair bit of sublimation on to polyester fabric but have never tried the spray so that I can sublimate on to other fabrics so was intrigued to have a go. Unfortunately this spray comes with no instructions other than to cover the pressing area with cotton fabric to avoid the heat plate directly contacting the spray. So I have no idea how much spray to use etc. The product listing does give details of the heat setting and time to use but this is not detailed on the bottle or packaging, nor is there any health and safety info about ventilation, contact with skin or eyes etc which I find concerning as this is presumably a chemical spray.I did a few experiments to try it out and I got some ok results but the colours are not as vibrant as with polyester fabric and after several washings it does seem to fade a bit. It could be that I’m not applying it heavily enough or some other factor but without instructions it’s very difficult to tell and at nearly £8.50 for 120ml (at time of review) it’s a bit pricy to be using it up just trying to figure out how to use it correctly.

I Wish This Worked Better
I do a lot of sublimation designs for myself, family and friends, so I thought I'd give this a go and see if I could sublimate on cotton items. I don't know if I'm not doing this correctly as there are no instructions. I liberally coated the cotton t-shirt and waited for it to dry before sublimating the design. The design transferred as a very pale, almost invisible design. I think I'll stick with polyester for sublimation as I know this works 100% of the time. This spray is a good idea I just couldn't get it to work for me.
