This product is AMAZING. It was prescribed to me as part of the homeopathic treatment plan after an overuse of antibiotics ruined my immunity and landed me in the hospital with a severe allergic reaction to sulfa. I started taking this after finally getting my ass to a homeopathic doctor who prescribed it along with marine collagen. I kid you not, 18 months later and I have had no kidney infections which means I have been antibiotic free. I don’t know if it’s a combination or minor changes to my diet and the use of this product but I hope this never gets discontinued. I use one scoop a day by adding it to my water in the morning. It dissolves and becomes clear (super easy to mix) but it does have a tiny bit of bitterness to it, which I mask with a quarter of a lemon in my water (or a MiO water enhancer on occasion). Love this as part of a healthy body and sustainable way of getting your body back to the baseline.

This is the most effective supplement I’ve ever used. I had much discomfort in my hip and I bumped into this by accident. I know Pure Encapsulation is the best supplement brand and chose this instead of any other. Within 2 days I was pain free. I’ve been taking it for 7 months and have been 💯 pain free. I also bought the capsules so whenever I travel it’s convenient. I just don’t want to go without it. Life is much better when you’re pain-free. Do not hesitate to try it. Yes, the taste is bitter; but when you measure against any pain, it’s well worth it. I take it every morning pure with a little leas than a half glass of water. I don’t dilute it with any other drink.

I have had knee issues in the past and use MSM powder to help keep my knees, healthy. Mixes easily with any beverage.

I put this in my coffee each morning and don’t know it’s there. Flavorless and dissolves well. Hopefully it works. It’s pretty expensive but if it helps my aging joints, then yay.

This seems to be a good product, I take several at any given time so it's hard to pinpoint changes and differences. However, I will say that I've had frequent and painful leg cramps and twitches for years and nothing seemed to help. I've been taking this for awhile with a packet of Emergen-C, it dissolves and has no taste; and no more leg issues. Update after using this product for a few months I increased the dosage and started having some gallbladder/liver issues again. I had a doctor tell me several years ago that I needed to have my gallbladder removed because I had gallstones. I am a believer that it was put in my body for a reason and also believe in healing the body naturally if at all possible. Fast forward four years later and I realized I was having another gallbladder/liver issue (it's bad if you feel pain or break out in a rash etc.). To get to the point, be careful when detoxing especially if you are taking other supplements at the same time. Your liver detoxes in phases and if one phase is working great and another phase is not working or working slower you can do serious damage. But I will say that I'm beginning to really notice a difference in my skin, it's not as dry and my face is softer with less wrinkles. I have no more foggy thinking or feeling dizzy/light headed, my joints and motion even feel better even though I never had pain. My gallbladder and liver are recovering slowly and I will continue to take so I hopefully don't have to go through the whole detox period.

This was recommended by my arthritis doctor who said it works well for painful small joints like hands and I take it twice a day. I'm not planning on wrist and thumb surgery now . He also has me take a few Tylenol a day since I did not want major drugs. Candida diet also seemed to help take away pains along with some supplements from naturopath. I prefer the MSM powder even though it's a little bitter, but that doesn't bother me now since it works!
