I have bought a number of high quality sprayers over the years and this one is very good, no leaks. Good sprayer.Other ones I have bought often leak around the hose connector or at the spray head and I felt like I needed to turn the hose off when I was done watering. I’ve left the hose on with this one after watering and no leaks anywhere. I’m hoping it keeps these qualities when I go to use it again next spring.

I have bought many similar nozells over the years and they all seemed to develope the same problem . That is they get progressively harder to turn on and off. They all had a similar piece that had to be moved to regulate the flow and they seem to corroded inside or for some reason get hard to move .THis one has a large handle to move to regulate the flow and I am hoping that even if it does get progressively harder to move over time that with the leverage that large handle provides it will still be relatively easy to regulate the flow. The other feature that I like about this nozelle is that allows more flow and pressure compared to any other nozelle I have tried. It does not have as many choices of flow patterns as others I have seen, but I think it has enough of the right kind. It feels like it is pretty solidly built . comes with 2 washers that have screens built in and that may prove to be a ggod feature over time and hopefully keep debris from getting to the internal parts and causing them to be hard to move .

The shower setting is worth the nozzle all by itself. It is functional in every other setting as well. The gasket leaks slightly after several times taking the nozzle on and off, but they do supply a second gasket. I wish someone would sell a nozzle that doesn't leak after taking on/off the hose after only a few times. I guess the days of durable and functional gaskets included in a nozzle are gone? Fortunately, the gaskets are a standard size and can be purchased from most hardware stores at little expense. Plan to buy some extras to keep handy when the leaks begins.

This hose nozzle is so nice! It is reasonably heavy and made of quality material. The lever to turn on and off the water is smooth and moves back and forth with ease. The way this is made also provides a great amount of water pressure. So far I love every thing about this hose nozzle. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.

I really like this new hose nozzle. When you have prolonged spraying to do, it's great not having to continuously squeeze the nozzle to get your sprayed water. And it's good for arthritic hands or just hands that get tired.

We purchased two nozzles last year and absolutely loved them, they are very sturdy/heavy duty, we have a large garden and need professional grade hoses and nozzles to withstand the use.Honestly, there is nothing out in the market that is as sturdy and functional as these nozzles. I feel like we have tried everything prior to Green Mount, and things just don't usually stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use.This year, as spring has come around and we went to hook everything up to find that we had likely left water in the nozzle and it froze, which cracked the valve in the handle. This valve is a cast piece of metal, so no surprise it would get damaged from our neglect and crack from freeze thaw exposure. Definitely not Green Mount's fault. It did appear to be an easy enough fix if I could get the part so reached out to Green Mount customer service to inquire about a replacement part.Emailed in the evening 4/15 from MST, and received response within at 7:45 pm our time. They asked for some verification of purchase, easy enough to do, provided that. Customer service responded at 8:49 pm MST and verified the current nozzle was out of stock and indicated it would be restocked w/n the month. CS asked if we could wait a few days. Me, still assuming I was getting a part, was happy to accommodate a wait. 9 days later I get an email with shipping information, 3 days later the new nozzle arrives. A whole new unit!We don't submit a lot of reviews. My wife and I really appreciate the product and any company willing to support their products in this way makes it easy to praise.Thank you Kathy and everyone at Green Mount!!!Cheers!

I just purchased 2 new Green Mount Fireman’s nozzles for the THIRD year in a row. Each year I have purchased 2, so this is my 5th and 6th nozzles. They have all the different options for streams and come two different colors. I love the Fireman’s handle and how powerful the nozzle is. Here’s where the negative comes into play. Every Spring when I pull these nozzles out of storage and attach them to my front and backyard hoses they leak and leak BAD. I store them during the Winter so it’s not like they’re left to the elements. I even purchased a set of rubber rings of a variety of sizes to replace the rubber gaskets, but I could not make them work. Why am I purchasing again after the first and second time of them leaking? They seem to be the only one that I can find that I like. So, the claim on the insert that comes with the nozzles that states, “…produced with reliable quality of components.” and, “The product will give you many years of durable use…” is not 💯 accurate. Having said that, for the price I get my monies worth. I just wish that I didn’t have to purchase new nozzles every year and that they did hold up as well as the manufacturer is claiming.
