Hand Crafted Venetian Murano Style, Shot Glasses 2oz, Set of Four, Gift Box

I recently received this beautiful set of 4 Hand Crafted Venetian Style Shot Glasses that I had ordered. I was really excited to get these because they appeared to be really well & beautiful made. Unfortunately, I was absolutely wrong! I took them out of the box & took pics of them as I admired what I thought was really fine workmanship. I quickly found out that this was far from the truth. As soon as I put them in my sink & gently washed them with highly diluted soap in warm water with a soft cotton cloth… they began peeling. Yes, just as I said… Peeling! I was shocked because I thought that these were delicately engraved & painted glass. Sadly, they are Not. These are glass but they they have some kind of sticker design that is taped to them… like a decal. It also has some foreign writing throughout.(You can see this on the peeling part of the 3rd pic I attached). I did Not soak these glasses Nor did I scrub them in ‘any way’… I simply rinsed them & used a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe them clean. I then placed them in my dish drain to dry. They were already peeling & continued to do so on my draining pad.Overall, I am dissatisfied with these glasses. Would keep in mind the above & to research these yourself before purchasing. I wish I never got these… what a waste.(Although I did receive these without charge… I must pay taxes on them). I cannot recommend.👎🏻❤️‍🔥Shalom…

These shot glasses are high quality glasses. They're all very identical even though they're handcrafted, so there is definitely great attention to detail. The glass is durable and the paint durable as well, should go through many years of use.

The set looks very nice and would make a great gift. The glasses are about 2oz each, has a nice weight and feel to them. The design is indented onto the glass walls; the paint doesn’t align with these indentations at many places; doesn’t look handpainted. Held up ok with one wash, but suspect that the paint won’t last with repeated use.

These shot glasses are very nice. The cut outs are filled with vibrant blues and are polished to perfection. I'm not really much of a drinker, but when I do have a shot these are feminine enough to be a touch of class to our shots of whiskey. These glasses are a perfect addition to my glass collection. I was more than happy to ditch the utilitarian shot glasses. These are offered at a really reasonable price for a step above quality.

I ordered this set for an upcoming dinner party that I’m planning. I chose this particular set because I thought they looked lovely. The hand-painted designs are something I’m drawn to - I like it when things aren’t all perfectly the same. This set, sadly, was that - in a bad way. Three of the glasses are lovely. But the fourth is not. It is incomplete. There is no green paint at all on the stems of the flowers. The blue flower petals are incomplete - one stem has no color at all. There was a pricing sticker on that glass and when I pulled it off some of the paint came with it. There is also blue paint smeared on one side of the glass.The glasses that are complete are lovely. But I question the quality control procedures for this company.

These shot glasses are absolutely beautiful! Must have! Easy to wash and durable!
