When i saw the listing of this supplement on the Amazon site for a trial and review, i just caught the main four elements showing on the bottle, Sea Moss, Burdock Root, Ashwagandha and Black Seed Oil, and as i was already a regular user of three of those, i knew i would like to try them.When they arrived and i then looked at the formulation and nutrition information i was really pleased with so much more being included.Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Bladderwrack, Turmeric, black pepper extract and then a whole host of elements in the multi blend including apple cider vinegar to name but just one.So taking two in the morning time with water has been no issue. I have checked my other supplements and removed them from my daily dispenser which i fill up each week and these have caused me no issues and i would say that AYP, the manufacturer have really thought about this formulation.A lot more there than first meets the eye and i guess that reflects in what you can see as a monthly cost for a very comprehensive supplement all in one.Quite a few of the elements are supplied in very reasonable dosages as well, when compared to buying individually.As with anything like this, do your research and buy something that suits your needs.
