Works great
Had a previous version of these with my older iPhone. Read the reviews for these and it was mixed. Took a shot and glad I did. Magnet holds my iPhone 15 Pro Max without issue. I have mine mounted close to the radio/stereo on a hard, flat, non porous surface. The adhesive holds great.

Stable, Reliable, Easy to Use
These work great in my car. The magnetic plates attach to my phone case and have been holding steady there. The attachment to the mount is solid, quick, and easy. I don't have any issues with bumps up and down.I did use the magnetic plate inside of my phone case for awhile and while that works it's no where near as reliable. I'd say it's probably 50% of the strength, so for 99% of the time it's completely fine, but the right bump and my phone would come off the mount. With the plate on the outside, there's no fear of it coming off.The two pack is handy so one can go into each of my cars. I bought the two pack to replace one that finally wore down after ~7 years from walmart. The rubber part that covered the magnets started coming lose and would sometimes come off. If these new ones last anywhere near as long these will be some of the best things I've ever bought for my car.
