Useless as there is no neutraliser.
No use at all as there is no neutraliser.

Unable to use it no neutra!user or instructions
No neutralise with perm so it is of no use , it shows a box meaning the bottles and instructions would be inside but no box arrived .

Absolutely disgusting and misleading! I received it yesterday but unable to use as there is no neutraliser. It came without a box too! Really disappointing!!!
