I really love this knife. It is very sharp. It's great for chopping up freash veggies and slices three potatoes like there soft butter. Only thing I wish it came with would be some sort of sheath to protect you from cutting your self by accident it is that sharp has a good weight and balance. Easy to clean

I have several of this brand and they are well made and very sharp. This knife has a different handle but still seems to be good. If it had a Full Tang and pins it would be excellent. The Full Tang would get five stars.

Yes it’s sharp.

Wasn’t very sharp on arrival and the blade is thicker than I would like. It’s ok, I got it as my home chef knife vs my work knives. It works, but I’m not happy with it.
