I really enjoy Ghost products i take this and ghost greens

I use both this one and ghost greens. I mix them together so I get both in one drink. Doesn't taste bad to mix them. The orange cream with light green pink lemonade is pretty solid.

I've used this for 30 days and while I really enjoy the flavor, I don't notice anything different with my joints. They don't hurt but they also don't have any improvement at all. I really wish Ghost would just make a joint health supplement in pill form instead of a drink.

I'm 66 years old and just had a seizure and my son started me on these ghost products and boy oh boy let me tell you they are great 👍👍👍👍

The ingredients in this supplement are great, and although it is pricey, I really expected it would work. It has so may great ingredients that the standard glucosamine pills don't have, like boswellia, tumeric (curcumin), hyaluronic acid, and collagen, that it would reduce the number of supplements needed for joint pain. This would counter the fairly high price.But I have to take *s off how difficult it is to mix and how it sometimes tasted. I got the kiwi strawberry and sometimes it tastes alright and sometimes it is awful. It may be that some of the ingredients are not throughly mixed in the jar and settle to the bottom so that you get a scoop with not enough of one ingredient and too much of another. But if you need to mix it up each time you take a scoop, the directions need to say that. The other problem is clumping. Using a whisk or shaker may fix that, but anything time consuming is going to reduce the likelyhood that it will be used consistently. And consistency is key to use.I gave it 3* because the ingredients are so good, if the ingredients were not outstanding and it was this hard to mix, I would have given it 1* .

The flavor of this is fine if you like orange creamsicle popsicles. However it's a little silly to me that it's a powder. I'd rather just take a supplement, rather than having to measure out powder and mix up a drink. I guess this could go in a smoothie but I don't really like those.I haven't noticed any changes to my joints so I'm skeptical if this actually has any effect. I would not buy it again.

I was eager to try the orange creamsicle flavor (a childhood favorite) from a brand I knew I could trust. The taste itself is great, not too sweet. It does take effort to shake in a shaker bottle, but so do most of the supplements I take that require mixing. Texture dissolves with minimal still at the bottom of the bottle. In terms of performance: I feel 30 days is not enough to truly know if something is working. Especially with something like glucosamine. I could not tell a true difference but I know it helps with joint health and it has made a world of difference in my very active almost 12 year old lab. I am a believer in the ingredient. It did not boost energy or performance in my workout but protecting joints is crucial as we age. The price was a sticking point to me. It’s expensive for sure for a 30 day supply so I am torn if the price justifies what you’re getting out of it. Glucosamine itself is not widely recommended in the health market as a daily supplement so I’m interested to see how this plays out in terms of human longevity.
