Great quality
This cooker is amazing. Heats up quick and has multiple settings. Very easy to clean. The lid fits nice and tight so the food cooks nice and evenly. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. A great price for this amazing cooker.

Keeps food hot
Does work well for a buffet style setting. I do wish I would have bought a larger one.

A LOT of good, and a few things to be very aware of
The media could not be loaded. In my quest to eliminate all the single thing doing small appliances from my kitchen, I got this to replace my crockpot. This review is for the Sunvivi 12-in-1 6.5 quart silver multicooker. So far, I've tested the slow cook, sauté, rice, and delay functions. But even only trying part of what this can do, I'm already really happy with it and ready to rehome the crockpot. The things to be aware of are these. When you use one of the higher heat operations (in my test case, sauté at 400° and rice cooking), both the exterior and the silicone handles of the inner cook pot get really hot. Like, don't touch them without a potholder hot. Running the slow cook function for 3 hours, I didn't notice that, those surfaces just got warm which is reasonable, so it is only on the higher heat functions. That inner cook tub also sort of floats within the exterior, so there is some wobble when you stir the contents. I noticed it most when stirring the plant beef I was sautéing. It didn't impact the cook but it was a little annoying. The cooker I received had a few small scratches on the nonstick coating right out of the box just from being shipped with the wire baking rack in the tub. That's obviously an isolated incident, but it does indicate that surface can scratch easily. So while you *can* put that part of the cooker in the dishwasher, I really don't think you *should*. But it cleans up easily enough that you probably won't need to anyway. So those are the less than great things. Here are the great things. My first use of this was to make a soup. It was *reeeally* nice to be able to brown the plant meat in the pot instead of having to wash a separate pan. Added the veg and stock, set it to Slow Low with a 3 hour cook time and 10 minute delay just to test that function. 3 hours and 10 minutes later, I had a delightful soup with veg that hadn't been simmered to mush, it was cooked through but still had texture. My next test was the Rice function. The instructions say time & temp aren't adjustable for that setting, which is fine, but nowhere did it indicate how long that cycle takes. The answer is about 46 minutes. Is that much longer than it takes to cook rice on the stove? Yes. But can you set it up before you leave for work and have your rice finish cooking just about the time you get home so all you have to do is the much faster parts of dinner before you can sit down to eat? Very much yes.I made a sweet rice with oat milk, 1/2 cup rice and 1 1/2 cups liquid, it cooked perfectly.I'm assuming the Multigrain function is for things like quinoa or brown rice, the instruction booklet says that function exists but doesn't give any real information about what it is or does, but I can't think of what else it could be? Very much looking forward to trying the Bake function when I want cake on hot days and don't want to heat up the whole kitchen, my air fryer claims to do that but I've never had any real success.Oh, and the Cancel button powers the cooker off. I spent about 5 minutes looking for an Off button before I made that connection. All in all, if you have a crockpot that you use sometimes but wish it could do more, this may be the small appliance you wish your crockpot was.

DO NOT PURCHASE. IMPOSSIBLE TO OPERATE.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.There are many buttons and dials and NOT ONE of them makes any sense as you try to cook a meal.Contact the company for a digital manual? Nope. Nothing is coming your way.You can push every button and turn every dial in a logical sequence, but you will NEVER get this thing to do what you want.

Not able to see panel well enough
I was unable to use this because the wording on. The words on the control panel are soo small that I cant see it. Even up close. Yes I have eye issues. But a friend also had trouble seeing clearly.its a shame because the is a beautiful cooker. It's also quite large at 8 qts. For large family it should be great sz. However I did cook a rack of ribs for 8 hrs on low, but they were not done. Moved them to my instant pot to finish.
