great vitamins, easy to swallow

I did a lot of research before I bought these. These are the best vitamins I could find for quality ingredients. As far as I can tell there are no synthetic sources for vitamins here and that is extremely hard to find.

I’ve noticed a major difference with these. I started by buying a small bottle a couple months back to be sure they worked for me, and after that, I pulled the trigger on the largest bottle because I’m definitely going to continue with these. You can either take one in the AM and one in the PM, or two one time per day. I’ve been doing 2 each night before bed, and I told my husband that I’ve felt like a wilted flower being watered for the first time in a long time. Sleep is better, if anything. It's not a miracle/fix-all vitamin, but it’s definitely the right tool to have in your arsenal if you’re struggling with sleep or energy levels being low. Smell & taste are not bad IMO, no nasty aftertaste. Size is small enough to swallow with other pills at once. Overall: it’s effective!

I take one a day instead of two, but I feel like I feel a difference in the texture of my skin. Also had blood work done and all of my levels went up (in a good way).

I have used other products over the years with little to no change. This has been the first product I've used and seen results actually putting me within normal ranges.

I take it twice a day as prescribed and have no ill effects. My doctor advised me to take this instead of the Centrum Silver for Women.
