Not sure how to fit blanking strip to gap at the end of the mcb's.

The customer who ordered this asked me to write this.Wow, do your self a favour do not buy these sort of things from amazon or other sellers on line other than a site which specialises in stuff like this.Not only was it wired wrong from factory.When I checked the the breaker it is faulty.Stay well away this item should not be sold on this site

Arrived from factory wired completely wrongly as someone else pointed out. I reassembled it to a more normal layout with the Earth and Neutral bars at the top. I also reordered it to have the incoming on the right (entry from the top) to match where my mains enters the garage, 6A next to go to the light switch and the 16A on the left for the power circuit - both cables exiting from the left hand side top. The provided (blue) Neutral wire is of no use in this configuration as it is too short but would have been replaced anyway. Also the short LIVE link to connect between the MCB and the busbar between the two RCDs is RED - so not conforming to GB / EU wiring standards - will also be replaced. NOTE - although both Live and Neutral are connected to the MCB, it is single pole only i.e. breaks the LIVE - the Neutral (N connection) permanantly passes through. Anyone inadvertently wiring this unit wrongly with the LIVE going to N would have a permanent LIVE feed even in the event of a trip. Seems like a decent unit for the price - yet to install to see how it actually works.

I don’t normally pick the cheapest item I can find but it this case I was very happy with the end result. Took a short while to exactly work out how to wire up correctly as slightly different than others but perfect in the end and trips fine when tested.

Good little unit but it was wired wrong from factory. Luckily I got some skills to sort it but anyone with less knowledge would struggle. (But then arguably anyone with very limited knowledge probably shouldn’t be wiring an RCD in the first place).

Not working from Factory. No wiring instructions although is simple enough for anyone experienced. Just happened to fit 30 days after purchase and cant send this piece of crap back!!!

Good item when wired correctly comes wired wrong

Ok for the money. But came wired incorrectly. The negative wire to the buz bar needed swapping over to the other terminal.But great value for money.
