Very sturdy storage solution for the price
I've included a couple of pictures of my figures stored in the case. These are 20mm figures mounted on a U.S. Penny for the base. Please note that this is about all the deeper the figure compartment is. For larger 28-32mm figures on corresponding 20-30mm bases, I think this will be a tight fit. That said, this is a far better storage solution for 20mm, or smaller, figures because there isn't a ton of wasted space. The case itself is thinner than some college textbooks I've owned and would be well suited to be thrown into a backpack for a day at the FLGS. This should fit smaller figure lines, such as Reaper Minis, as well.

I now own three of these
These hard plastic cases are durable, and perfect for protecting, storing, and transporting valuable painted miniatures for Dungeons and Dragons and other board games. As the minis cost between $7.00 and $10.00 on average (before painting them for $10.00 to $30.00) each one is quite valuable. This case can hold up to 80, 28mm miniatures, surrounded on all sides by soft foam. There are two levels, each holding 40 miniatures. The foam can be cut to hold larger miniatures, such as horses, which are considered "large" on the scale used in the games, or, cover two squares as opposed to one (the size of a human, elf, or dwarf.) Smaller miniatures, such as dwarves and halflings, can fit two to an opening, if you want to risk the minis banging against each other. Overall, a very good investment for the money. Strongly recommended!

The box is very sturdy and the foam, while thin, is sufficient for *smaller* minis.
I feel this is a quality product (a bit expensive for what it is, but nice). The case is heavy plastic and the layout is perfect for smaller minis. The problem for me is that it holds only small minis. I have mostly 35 and 28mm minis with some 32mm and 28 heroic and they just don't fit very well. Granted this isn't what the case was designed for - but given even 25mm minis - if they have bows or larger/wider stances/weapons they just don't fit very well. My bases (25mm) stick considerably up past the top of the foam. So I'd say don't buy this for Frostgrave, Rangers of Shadowdeep, Reaper Minis, etc. Get something with slightly larger openings (and perhaps slightly deeper). Fatter models like Warhammer would probably not fit at all well.

Hight Quality Miniatures Storage
Quality Box. I highly recommend these to protect your investment in miniatures and painting time.

Perfect for miniatures, although not good for large figures
This product was perfect for warhammer miniatures - although you had to be careful about the larger models. Even with the option to cut up the foam/cardboard, the material will probably hold better if you do not do that. Probably only best to use with infantry. As it is, there are two sheets, all with small slots with only 2 slightly larger slots. I used it for my upcoming Tau army, and this was perfect for almost all of my firewarriors. It was almost good for all of my kroot, but not for the few that had the gun/knife combo. I had to slice up the foam in order to fit these. It was able to fit two gun drones per slot though. i recommend gluing the foam with the slots to the other foam to hold it together, and, if possible, make your figures before you get the case.

Basic Miniature carrying case
Gave to a friend who had just discovered Hero Forge Minis. Perfect addition. Sturdy and easy to carry- good internal support. Bought one years ago and product is still good.

Won't fit Reaper-Based Minis
I buy a lot of Nolzur Marvelous Miniatures and base them with Reaper-line bases. I found 2 issues with this: 1) some of the taller Nolzur Miniatures wont fit in the slots (e.g. needle blights, bugbears) 2)the thickness of the Reaper 1inch bases prevents the lid from closing. This is a good case for smaller sized miniatures. Not for medium sized ones. I found that standing them up worked, but it just eliminates how much minis I can fit i this case.

Good Case and Foam
The case works well, it is sturdy, made of a good plastic, and has a foam that cushions very well. The squares are pre-cut, so it means the size is rather limited unless you want to cut the dividers to make them larger. It fits my Warhammer 40k minis well, but only has one major drawback in that placing minis with a part that sticks out past the base has a risk of breaking that part. Assault marines and scouts with sniper rifles will be at risk of breaking apart. For the assault marines this can be fixed by unfortunately taking out the other storing tray and reducing the capacity of the case by half. But it will keep them protected and keep them from breaking. Aside from that one issue, it is a good case, and was much better and sturdier than the expensive Citadel cases.
