Disappointing Performance - Not Suitable for Long use
I recently purchased the LG32MR50C monitor, hoping for a good balance between quality and affordability. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Firstly, the maximum resolution is only 1920 x 1080, which is not suitable for a 32" monitor. The display lacks sharpness and clarity, making it difficult to work on detailed tasks. The letters often appear blurred, further exacerbating the issue. Moreover, extended use of this monitor has resulted in significant eye strain for me. The screen brightness and contrast levels do not seem to be well-calibrated, leading to discomfort after just a short period of use. It uses VA panel! This monitor is especially unsuitable for drawing design using Visio, image processing, and coding for an extended period where clear and crisp visuals are essential. To add to the frustration, the Amazon return policy has recently changed, and this monitor cannot be returned at all. For any support issues, we are required to contact LG directly, and their response has been pathetic. This has added to the overall disappointing experience with this product.I have been using another 29" ultra-wide monitor for more than 4 years, for almost 10 hours per day, and was happy with the quality. Considering the previous good experience, I decided to upgrade to a 32" monitor. Unfortunately, I can't even work for 30 minutes with this LG32MR50C monitor. In conclusion, I find the LG32MR50C monitor unsuitable for prolonged use due to its poor resolution, the strain it causes on my eyes, and the lack of adequate support. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a monitor that can be comfortably used for extended periods, especially for tasks requiring high visual clarity.
