NOT easy but came out PERFECT❤️
For my first book nook this was not an easy project. I ended up having someone help me with this to speed up the process and even then it took some days. Some of the pieces didn’t always fit together and the instructions weren’t always super clear. The accessories were in perfect condition and I had all the pieces. I did break a few while doing this but it was easily able to glue back together or be hidden. I would advise you glue everything even if it tells you not too. TRUST ME…just glue it. In the end it came out perfect and it looks amazing on my book shelf. The light is bright and works/ fits perfectly in the book😊

Fun and challenging
The instructions could be a little more detailed. It was fun putting it all together and the final product is worth the struggle! Would recommend.

Challenging and fun
Ok this is not an easy project. The instruction manual is confusing and hard to read, and some wood pieces are rather thin and need to be removed very carefully. The overall architecture is very well done however. It's a surprising complex structure inside with varying side window sizes to increase the depth perception. The clock is the back elegant.A quick advice. If you sand down the wood connectors a bit, it's a lot easier to put them together and you have less chance of breaking anything. We painted some pieces with gold accent and it greatly improves the look. The light switch design is rather clever. All in all we got a high degree of satisfaction having finished this.

Waste of time and money
I bought two of these. The first one was my first ever booknook. I got all the way to the end and realized I put a piece at the beginning on wrong and had glued it down so that was trash. The second one, I did meticulously. I followed every instruction (though they are AWEFUL, even so far as to tell me to use the same piece twice and hard to figure out because of the angle of the picture), even going and finding the pdf on amazon. I got all the way to the end and the outside does not fit closed. The kit calls for glue, but no glue is provided. Why on earth you would build the base/tape the button for the lights to the bottom is beyond me. You would think the base and underneath part would be first so your not tipping the whole thing on its side to finish it. Good luck putting the dust cover in. There's no place for it.If I could give zero stars I would. Don't buy this.
