Meg's Castle (Meg and Mog)

Great book, my daughter loved it

Lovely book to go along with my little boys collection he was so happy, easy to follow story for toddlers, delivered quickly and the book itself is brand new, would buy from this seller again

This wonderful series of books is as mad as a box of snakes, and that's why kids love it. Meg, Mog and Owl decide to stay the night in a castle. They are scared by a ghost, so Meg does a spell (never ends well) and somehow turns it into a White Knight. Which in turn summons a Green Knight who attacks the castle (no explanation, it's like an acid trip). The three friends mount a defence of the castle, the Green Knight runs away, and they have a nice dinner. With bright colours and lots of words for your child to learn to sound out, these books are classics, and will remain firm favourites for years.

This is an exciting story with fab pictures and memorable dialogue, which enables the child to join in with the story telling.Book arrived promptly and in pristine condition. Liking the smaller size, as it makes it more manageable, particularly if - like me - you are holding it with one hand while you balance a baby and a toddler on your lap!

I remember reading Meg and Mog when I was a child (30+ years ago) but these books/stories have really stood the test of time. My daughter started enjoying Meg and Mog when she was about 20 months, Meg's Castle is her favourite. She really likes the colourful pictures and finds the stories funny.

We love this Author. The kids really enjoy this series of books and great illustrations. Nicely written and produced.

I didn’t like this as much as the original meg and mog story but my son seems to love it !! Made me read it lots of times already .

My three year old enjoys this story, unfortunately I can’t even understand what the hell is going on which makes me feel pretty stupid. A scary ghost turns up, Meg casts a spell and somehow the mean ghost turns into a friendly white knight. I can’t even process the logic.

My mother used to read these books to me and my sister when we were little. My sister just recently found the books at my parents' house and stashed them away for when she has kids! I ordered mine here. Now, I love reading them to my small kids. We are all big fans!
