It’s a great backpack, lovely material, so much room inside , strong , bonus is the anti theft lock , the seam has ripped in one the pockets in the laptop section

Not happy..
I bought this bag in may, which is 3 4 months ago n I hardly used my bag for my office because of work from home and i notice last month..they didn't stitch properly or may be defective .. because all that threads from zip side r coming off n I was trying to find a way if I can speak to company or anyone...but I didn't find anything so I wrote here ...I hope anyone will contact me soon..thanxx
