Despite the generic product listing, these bee venom patches are made by XiMonth of the Shantou Youjia eCommerce Company, a Chinese company with reps in Germany and London. They've a recent manufacture date (last month) with a three year expiration date. They came well packaged as three small boxes of ten patches each.The directions are to place a patch on the navel for 3-4 hours, which I did. I most certainly experienced something, very much like having been stung by a bee only very mild, very relaxing; I slept well that night. Although I didn't notice any negative side effects, no nausea or headache, however your results may differ. So I'd advise to use with caution and as directed. I'll give five stars, because they do yield an effect (whether it works as stated to slim remains to be seen) and they're relatively inexpensive.

My sensitive skin reacted to the tape and became red and irritated. After using several times my whole body began to break out and itch. Hopefully it works for lots of people, but disappointed it did not work for me.

Did not work at all. No directions as to how often it should be used are provided. After three weeks no results.

The patches come in three boxes, 10 patches in each. The directions state to wear 3-4 hours, but not how often. I'm assuming daily since 30 patches are about a month supply, but that's only a guess. It's easy to peel off the protective sheet; there is a separate yellow/tan piece that you remove to fully adhere. Before placing it over your belly button, you need to remove the white circle covering over the actual patch part. I didn't see this mentioned in the directions and I had never used one before, so I forgot to remove it the first time I used one. I haven't noticed any positive or negative affects. For me, thy area around my belly button feels warm and itchy. The itchiness/tingling is uncomfortable and takes restraint for me to not scratch the area.
