Good reference material to have when training
Like the idea that it's compact, and have all the information needed to train someone else. Easy to take with you for field training. Like that is moisture resistant.

Excellent Quality
Well worth the purchase. The quality was much better than expected. The only downside is they have a plastic smell that will hopefully go away with time. For me, this point was not a deal-breaker.

Handy little guide
I'm still learning the ropes of knot tying for tree climbing. I don't get much time to devote to practicing the knots, but it is a handy thing to have in the pockets of my chainsaw vest if I'm already working with climbing ropes. For 9USD, this is a lot of useful knowledge in a small space, fully laminated too.

Great quick reference
These are all very useful knots whether you're actually an arborist, or just a hobby gardener. I find all kinds of uses for these knots and have trouble remembering the nuances, so it's very helpful to have this handy reference available. They're printed on plastic so no concerns about keeping them out in the garden shed. They're on a steel loop which can be clipped onto a tool belt, or hung on a nail.

A huge step up from 3x5 cards
I have a collection of paper 3x5 cards depicting my favorite knots, but after a while they tend to get worn and fall apart, especially when used outside. Plastic cards on the other hand can get wet without any worries, and if they get dirty you can always wash them off. So plastic knot cards are a significant step up when used outside. So let’s take a look at what you get with this set of cards. There are seven cards in the packet with two knots per card (front and back) for a total of fourteen knots. If you asked a group of arborists which fourteen knots they think are the most important, you would find some similarities but seldom a 100% agreement, and that applies to me as well. There are a few knots in the packet that I would swap out for better examples of arborists knots. Yet overall the packet does a good job of striking a balance. The stack of cards is held together with a stranded wire and threaded closure. This arrangement allows you to sort the cards in any order you please.I found the illustrations easy to understand. There is of course a limited amount of space on each card to demonstrate how to tie a knot, so in all it does a pretty good job. While the illustrations show you how to go about tying a knot. It's important to remember that there are several different ways of tying any knot. Most of the illustrations I agree with, while a few I believe have an easier way of being tied. That doesn’t make them wrong though. In all this collection of cards would be handy for demonstrating knots in the field as they could be passed around without worrying about them getting destroyed. In time I will pass this set on to someone new to tying knots with the hope that they will pass it on to someone else.

Nice Knot tying flash cards
This review is for "Arborist Knots – Knot Cards for Tree Climbing – 14 Page Waterproof Pocket Knot Guide for Arborist Climbing Kit with 14 Tree Care Knots - Includes Wire Loop", Lots of Knots Model Name ARBORISTKNOTS-01 (ASIN B0D2P7BY4D). Title and ASIN are included in the review because sometimes reviews get re-sorted and are no longer associated with the correct product. The Lots of Knots cards shipped quickly and were packaged reasonably.I have a few go-to knots that I tie regularly, and these I tie easily without giving much thought to it. But I don't tie all 14 of the knots depicted on these cards often enough that I have to stop and think, and in some cases do a web search to remember. But if I'm out of cell range that won't work. The Lots of Knots cards help by ensuring that I have an easy reminder within quick reach. In many cases it's important to use the correct knot in a given situation in order to minimize stress on the rope, to simplify removal of the knot, or to ensure that the knot won't slip.I like that the Lots of Knots cards are laminated, so no worry about getting them wet from rain or sweat. The illustrations are easy to read. They're a good size -- large enough to see clearly but not so large that they take up a lot of space and can fit in a pocket. Not only do we see arrows to guide how to thread from one picture to the next, color coding of the rope is used to show which portion of the rope gets moved.
