I recently had a prostate procedure done on the last year. It was the Rezum procedure for enlarged prostate. Prior to the surgery I had 4-5 infections of the bladder and urinary tract. I was on and off antibiotics for 3 months waiting on my procedure. During that 3 month stretch I developed really bad gas pains. So bad I couldn't sleep. I would wake up periodically with sharp gas pains. After doing my own research online I realized that the antibiotics killed my gut bacteria. I bought a cheaper brand and it didn't help that much. After I bought this and started taking them things changed within 10 days. The gas pains went away and I could finally sleep with no gas pains. This product is now a staple for me. I take one every 2 days. I still have issues sometimes with eating beef. It messes with my gut sometimes. But if I take this 30 minutes before eating beef I have no issues. Great product!! 5 stars.
