Item is not good. It has not been 3 months yet and the dam clock is not working. What kind of scam is this. The joy of a grandfather clock is the sound. How enjoy my clock when it no longer chimes. ReFund please

Pros: works just as described. Cons: 1.Pictures are deceiving. It actually looks cheaper than its price when hanging on the wall. (You won’t be fooling anyone thinking that this is a quality made clock!) 2. You cannot change the 6:00 am - 9:00 pm chiming range. If 6:00 am is too early for you to be woken up by the clock, your only option is reach to the top of the clock and turn the whole thing off. I founded this to be a major product flaw. You should be able to choose your own range. 3. The volume control is not really functional. It hardly makes a difference. 4. Be aware that if you live in an apartment, it is loud enough to be heard by your next door neighbors!

Not even worth stars. I could not be unhappier with this clock. I have tried several times to get the clock and chime to work together but it has failed several times. I wish I had not spent all the money on a clock that doesn't do what it is designed to do.

We have this beautiful clock hung in dim corner of our dining room and want to read it from the kitchen. In this application it is not functional. Nether my wife or myself can read the clock as it is situated. Is there a different clock face that might make it more readable?
