I’ve been a boxer for the majority of my life. I know fellow athletes will appreciate this review. So this suit, definitely works, doesn’t rip and if you pair a hoodie over it. Sweat won’t splash all over the dang place. I’m a medium normally but I got the large. In top and bottom. If you’re looking to cut weight, as I am now for a jujitsu competition. But this thing now and thank me later. Super easy to clean. Just get to work and get er done.

I’ve gone from barely even breaking a sweat at the gym, to dripping all over the freaking place. This thing WORKS! And for a polyethylene/poly spandex shirt it fits pretty well.First off, like they say you should get one size up from what you typically wear. That’s no joke. I’m an athletic build and typically fill out a medium shirt, and I can barely get the large on my body without some help. If you pair this with any sort of warming cream like I did, you’ll probably have a panic attack once you get both arms in. It’s very form fitting, and it wants to stick to you. Once it’s on and settled though, it’s PERFECT. You’ll start feeling the warmth get trapped almost immediately, and by the time you finish a workout you’ll have puddles of sweat trapped in it. Taking it off is easy since you’ll be covered in sweat. It just slips right off. I take mine off inside out and rinse it off immediately with the water hose.

I love it bought a few because they work! Brisk treadmill walk but you will be drenched when removing! Very satisfying especially because I don't sweat easily. Helps with autophagy to prevent loose skin during weightloss. Highly recommend 👌💪

Bought to wear to spin class and gym. Looks like a thick tshirt. Definitely makes your pour sweat! Will run out the wrist openings. I use wrist bands with it to catch the flow. Almost as effective as typical sauna suits but much more functional. Also easy to wash in shower or in wash machine.

The cheap garbage bag suits give more sweat. This is porous so it really doesn’t hold heat in the same. You can’t tellFrom the ad - but that blue inside layer is just for color- not heat reflecting or intensifying- fits well if that matters more than function
