Good item for snacking for the holidays
Good taste and the hubby loved his surprise gift. I wished it came with less pepper so that way I could enjoy it with him but I do understand that's the way sausage is made.

A lovely , well priced sausage that is tasty and easily stored. Cut off slices and snack or chop up some slices and throw it into an egg dish for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, s snack with crackers and cheese, or for a dinner entree with rice or potatoes.
