Fits my GV70 very well and I can mount it on either side for better view It does not block my view of the screen or air flow from AC/heat

This phone mount kit for my GV70 is almost perfect. The mount that goes on the nav screen fits perfectly, and the padding strips on the inside of the mount protects the nav screen's side from any scratching, as well as preventing the mount from vibrating or slipping off. The slide-on 17mm ball adapters slips right in and holds tight in place on both sides of the mount. No problem there. As for the extension arms, this is where FICs can improve on. I had to use both extension arms to extend my MagSafe charger in between the cluster's right side edge and the left side vent, slightly above the ignition button (I chose this setup for balance of visibility for both vertical and horizontal phone positioning, and for the AC to keep my phone and MagSafe charger cool). I also had to put some soft padding in the parts of the arms that are resting on the leather dash to prevent it from denting it with the weight over time. If they can make dedicated extension arms that have soft padding (to prevent creasing and denting on the soft leather dash from phone weight) that contours and securely rests on on the dash as support in 3 different configuration (as shown on the pictures with my horrible designing in red marker) it would be amazing as it can provide 3 different phone holding location configurations if the extension arms can’t provide the perfect set up. Either way, I made the set up that I wanted work the best I could and I’m happy with it for now. I couldn’t imagine trying to use a charging mount that uses a retractable hook to anchor itself on the vent fins as the support, rendering your vent to be stuck in only one position (and that’s if one could even find one with a hook that’s long enough). Nor could I imagine using a cup holder phone mount with a gooseneck extension that would only get in the way of the climate controls, or the center console infotainment and nav controls. 9/5 stars, almost perfect! 🌟

This fits like a custom piece, fits perfectly! Would like the product without extensions to lower cost. It is shaky with the extensions so I cannot use them, but have to pay for all those extra pieces. This product is very sleek and works perfectly without extensions. Definitely worth buying.

Had very high hopes for this went to install it and the product was damaged. It’s supposed to have two sides that you can connected to, but it didn’t have anything very disappointing.

Good mounting case but it could be a little tighter
