This is very calming
I felt the need to find something to calm me overall. I’ve been a family care giver in different capacities for about 5 years with very little “down” time. I mix this as a cold iced tea and I find it feels calming. Yes, it might just be psychological but, I feel that it works for me for an overall sense of calm. I plan to buy this again.

Taste really good
I didn't realize it was a scoop based drink, thought it was regular loose leaf tea...tried it and it is surprisingly good! It is in my drink rotation now😊... East to use, just put a spoonful in your cup & pour water...

Disappointing
I'm mad at all you people who said it tastes like tea! So I decided to write my own honest review. This does not taste like tea, not even instant tea. I am big fan of this brand's coffee. But this stuff tastes like hot garbage (or iced garbage, whatever). Plus, I didn't notice the same invigorating sensation as with their coffee blends. It has a slightly cloudy appearance and tastes like moldy bland tea with a slight tinge of citrus. All of this would be worth it if it worked as well as their Boost Coffee. Buy that instead.

I prefer it hot.
Love this cup of zen when I need a mood boost throughout the day.

Tastes fine, doesn't dissolve well
I enjoy both lemon and ginger, and for me the ginger was the most pronounced part of the flavor profile. However, even straight from a freshly opened package, it didn't want to fully dissolve using warm water which made for a kind of unappetizing presentation, and is why I knocked a star off.I honestly wish they omitted the "sweetener" (monk fruit extract) entirely and left it to use to decide how we want to sweeten it. I personally would prefer adding some honey, but that would leave it too sweet for me with the monk fruit already present.I honestly can't say that I noticed any effects one way or another from the mushrooms and probiotics, but on the flip side I haven't had that much of it. If you like ginger and want to give the mushroom/probiotic combo a try, I would say to give this a shot, just don't expect the presentation to be 10/10.

Pretty decent tea
I like having a variety of tea flavors to select from, so this has been a nice addition to my rotation. Nice flavor. Not sure if it affects my mood but I like drinking tea.
