I'm very used to swallowing a lot of capsules at once but these are so big and I need to break them. It's the only downside and would be so much better in capsule form.

Having PCOS it was guess work when my periods would show up, however after taking this for a few months I’ve noticed my periods are more predictable now and a lot less painful than they used to be.

Probably do exactly what they’re supposed to but they are very large! I would not buy this again the daily dosage is 4 pills. Even with breaking them in half they’re still pretty big and I never usually have problems taking medication. The pills are white and I cut them in half so I take 8. My video shows them next to other large pills I take without issue.

Bon, mais comme indiqué vraiment très gros pour avaler. Je pense qu’il me donne un peu mal au ventre mais pas sur que ça soit ça. Je ne constate pas vraiment de changement ni d’amélioration. Peu être au niveau de l’appétit mais au vu de la taille des pilules on est calé après. Je n’ai pas encore fini la cure (moitié)

Ich habe lange nach etwas gesucht, das mir bei meinen hormonellen Problemen hilft, und diese Myo-Inositol Tabletten haben wirklich einen großen Unterschied gemacht. Über mehrere Jahre hatte ich eine sehr unregelmäßige Periode – manchmal blieb sie sogar mehrere Monate komplett aus. Bei Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass ich einen erhöhten Prolaktin-Wert, einen hohen Insulinwert und auch einen erhöhten Testosteronwert hatte, was meine Hormone stark aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht hat. Ich habe die Tabletten dann einen Monat lang regelmäßig eingenommen (2 morgens und 2 abends). Schon nach dem ersten Monat kam meine Periode wieder. Seitdem nehme ich sie weiterhin täglich und inzwischen schon seit mehreren Monaten. Meine Periode kommt jetzt regelmäßig und auch meine Werte haben sich deutlich verbessert – mein Prolaktinwert ist wieder im normalen Bereich. Für mich haben diese Tabletten wirklich sehr gut funktioniert und mir enorm geholfen, meinen Zyklus zu regulieren. Ich kann sie daher nur weiterempfehlen.

Yo las tomo porque tengo síndrome de ovario poliquístico. Me mandaron tomar Ovusitol D y con lo caro que es me compro dos o tres botes de este por el mismo precio (un paquete del otro no dura un mes y vale entre 20 y muchos y 30 y pocos). He notado mejoría, ya que los meses que no me las tomo con la frecuencia que debería me duele más la regla que cuando soy estricta. Es un poco rollo porque son 4 pastillas diarias y las pastillas son enormes, son como el Paracetamol de un gramo, más o menos. Yo estoy acostumbrada y aún así a veces me cuesta tomarlas. También se pueden partir para tomarlas porque no saben mal, sabe como dulce. Lo más rollo es eso, pero a mí me compensa porque mis reglas si no son horribles.
