EDIT AT BOTTOM.I am waiting to hear back from the store themselves but I have seriously disliked the pieces ordered and process of it because it wasn't supposed to be delivered at all. The order was supposed to be cancelled and refunded by Amazon support. They told me the put the refund in and id see it. I did not, and not until that, I was still shipped the table and chairs (dented, scratched, poor manufacturing not allowing screws to go in correctly, and missing A LOT of screws and washers).Extremely poor value. Looks damaged, and difficult to assemble with screws missing.Edit: I'm leaving the above for transparency and to let people know how useless Amazon was. On the other hand, I reached out directly to Pamapic and they were very helpful.They also couldn't accept a return after this long, but they immediately offered an alternative, a new set free of charge.We gladly accepted, that's a responsible business.
