If you weigh less than 70 kg and you have a brave heart and you are insured - this is what you need! The quality is good, but it is too unstable and when fully unfolded - it bends a lot.

Very, very pleased with this item. Delivered quickly at a great price. Nice heavy duty. I haven’t used the ladder yet but judging by the build quality, it should give many, many years of good service. My only niggle is I wish the feet were angle cut for added stability when the ladder is set at an angle against a wall.

We live in a first floor apartment with a small balcony. The gutter above was blocked and overflowing - too high for step ladders and no way of accessing with a conventional ladder. This telescopic ladder was just the job. I opted for steel (rather than aluminium) for maximum strength and stability. They are quite heavy but manageable.Other reviews have complained about trapping of fingers when collapsing the ladder after use. The instructions have clear warnings about this - you just need to take a bit of care as it's quite possible you could break a finger or two. I'll probably only use them once a year to check the gutter but worth the price to know I can always get the job done.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Needed loft ladders and these looked ideal. Some sounded flimsy looking at reviews. These are very heavy but sturdy. Pleased with purchase

Been in the building maintenance industry for many years and used numerous ladders and steps but these must be the most unsafe ladder I’ve ever used in my life yes easy to erect but totally unsafe and stable when erected they lean left and right wobble in every direction leant mine up against the side of caravan to wash the roof I have never in all my years experienced anything so shakey and unsteady as these ladders how on earth have these passed any safety standards if my safety officer saw me working off of these I would have been sacked for unsafe practices I’m sadly going to send the back if Amazon allow I wouldn’t trust these as far as I could throw them I would not recommend buying up to you been warned

Arrived in very good time. Purchased this item after reading reviews about stability. Well made product, but you can definitely feel movement and stability issues. Which is understandable due to the way the product is made in sections to extend. Purchased the 5m ladder, but won't use at that height due to the movement.
