I purchased this for the customised 'classic' car build, and have not built it as the futuristic flying car model. The brick quality is superb, everything fitted perfectly and the finished car is very stable and durable. There were no missing parts and a quite a few spare small parts are supplied.The instructions were easy to follow and well illustrated. Stickers a printed on a clear background so there is no colour mismatch between the part and sticker, as a very well known brand still experiences... The display case is a welcome addition and fits together easily. It's also stackable with the other cars in this series and more from this manufacturer.

This took me around an hour to two to fully put together as the instructions get you to put together the more advanced version of the car and the build the wheels etc if you wanted to convert it into a non flying car. It comes with a case that you build your self which looks like a shipping container thought this was a clever idea. Some bits where a bit confusing but didn’t take long to realise what I had done wrong and fix it as the instructions are very step by step and trust the process.

I was struggling to find an appropriate gift for a teenage boy and this is just perfect. Something he will enjoy using his creativity in to build it and then something to keep and display. Fortunately he shares the love of the ‘back to the future’ merchandise and the film with us older folks, so we might get to look at it and enjoy it with him. The kit is very well made and the presentation is very good in a good robust box with great graphics. I love all the components and the little details that have been carefully added to this quality item. The price represents the quality and the robust design.
