Fantastic salt. Excellent flavor. Not smoky or barbecue. Very unique in it's own flavor. Has a bit of everything to it. I'm not sure how to describe it, I just know I like it a lot. I liked it so much I bought another one. Redmans always has the best ingredients. I've used it on Steak, burgers, pork chops, chicken wings and eggs. I highly recommend it.
