Unlike others, no odd taste or odor to these capsules. Take two daily with food. This is a 45 day supply, which is hopefully enough to determine if there’s a noticeable difference over time. I’ll provide a follow up if/when seeing an impact. For now, three stars and will adjust up or down as effects warrant.

This has lots of good supplements and at good amounts. This is the first supplement that I've found that has Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM along with a Turmeric extract. I usually have to take those separately and taking less capsules is better in my book. Never heard of this company which makes me look at the label more closely. I see that expiration and lot number on the bottom of the bottle which is good. Doesn't say where it is made but does have the company address and website.
